Ingredients
⦁ 1 Bread, Pita, Whole-wheat
⦁ 2 spinach leaves
⦁ 1 slice ham
⦁ 1/2 cup turkey cooked
⦁ 1/4 avocado, chopped
⦁ 1 Pineapple slice, chopped
⦁ 4 green olives (Can use black olives)
⦁ 1 tablespoon cranberries
⦁ 4 cucumber slices, chopped
⦁ Salt and black pepper, as per taste
⦁ 1 teaspoon cinnamon powder
⦁ 1 tablespoon peanut butter
Directions
⦁ Slice the pita bread from the center and spread the spinach leaves in the center.
⦁ In a mixing bowl, combine together the ham and turkey with avocadoes, pineapples, olives, cranberries and cucumber. Sprinkle some salt, pepper and cinnamon and mix them well.
⦁ Spread the peanut butter over spinach leaves and place a layer of the prepared ham mixture.
⦁ Press the sandwich together and serve.
