Oatmeal Cookies

Ingredients
⦁ 1 cup oats
⦁ 1 cup natural peanut butter
⦁ 1 cup brown sugar
⦁ 1 large egg, lightly beaten
⦁ 1 teaspoon pure vanilla extract
⦁ 1/4 cup peanut butter chips
⦁ 1/2 cup coconut flakes
Directions
⦁ Preheat the oven to 380 degrees F.
⦁ Take a large mixing bowl and combine the oats, peanut butter, brown sugar and eggs.
⦁ Add the vanilla extract, chips and coconut flakes. Stir them well combined and leave it in the refrigerator for 15-20 minutes.
⦁ Scoop the prepared mixture over a parchment lined baking dish, one tablespoon at an inch apart.
⦁ Place them in the oven and bake for 15 minutes till the cookies are cooked. Remove from the oven and let them cool. Serve at room temperature.
