Ingredients

⦁ 2 wheat tortillas, or of your choice
⦁ ½ cup spinach leaves, flattened
⦁ ¼ cup lettuce, shredded
⦁ 2 oz chicken breast, grilled and sliced (Can be toasted alternatively)
⦁ 100 grams turkey, cooked and shredded
⦁ 15 grams reduced fat mayonnaise
⦁ 1 teaspoon fresh thyme, chopped
⦁ 1 teaspoon fresh basil, chopped
⦁ 1 tablespoon low-fat cottage cheese
⦁ 2 pineapple slices, thinly sliced or chopped
⦁ Salt and freshly grounded black pepper, as per taste

 

Directions

⦁ Open up the tortillas and spread them widely. Lay the spinach, lettuce leaves, chicken and turkey over it.
⦁ Drop some mayonnaise on it and sprinkle some thyme and basil.
⦁ Arrange the pineapple slices and cottage cheese over it and sprinkle some salt and pepper.
⦁ Roll up the tortillas and serve warm or as is.
