Yogurt and Cream Strawberry

Ingredients

⦁ 1 cup. water
⦁ 2 tablespoons brown sugar
⦁ 2 teaspoons lemon zest
⦁ ½ cup strawberries
⦁ 1 cup. raspberries
⦁ 2 tablespoons Nonfat Greek Yogurt

 

Directions

⦁ Boil water in a deep container and add the sugar to it. Continue to stir till the syrup reaches a thick consistency. Remove from flame and let it cool
⦁ Meanwhile, blend the strawberries, raspberries and yogurt together along with lemon zest.
⦁ Mix in the sugar syrup and pour in serving glasses. Place them in the refrigerator and let it rest for 30-40 minutes.
⦁ Serve chilled.
