- 2 cups flour
- 1 teaspoon sea salt
- 1 cup lukewarm water
- 1 teaspoon sugar
- 1 teaspoon dry yeast
- 1 tablespoon melted butter at room temperature
1.In a small bowl, add the sugar in the water and let it dissolve. Put the yeast over. Do not stir, let sit for 10 minutes until the mixture becomes foamy. In a large bowl, stir together the flour and salt. When yeast becomes frothy, add the flour and stir until the mixture is united.
2.Cover the bowl with a towel or plastic wrap and place in a warm place to rise dough at least one hour.
3.Preheat oven to 220 celsius(428 fahrenheit)degrees, brush the pan one tablespoon of butter. Stab the dough with a fork. Leave it to rise for another 30 minutes close to the heated oven.
4.Bake the bread for 15 minutes, then reduce temperature to 190 celsius(374 fahrenheit)degrees and bake for another 15-17 minutes. Remove from the oven and leave to cool. Let stand 10 minutes before cutting.
