Prepare a beverage from ginger:
- Put 1 small ginger root (10-20 grams) or 1 teaspoon of powdered ginger in 200 ml of hot boiled water and leave it for 10 minutes. Add a teaspoon of honey and lemon juice (for taste).
Consumption: half in the morning on an empty stomach, half an hour before a meal, the other half during the day in small sips between meals.
This beverage speeds up the metabolism, neutralizes the accumulated toxins in the body and helps better digestion of food.
This beverage should be consumed on a daily basis.
Ginger for liver cleansing
For a long-term and systematic cleansing of the liver (especially in the treatment of alcoholism and after the result of chemotherapy), use a ginger tincture.
Ginger Tincture- Recipe:
Thoroughly wash a medium sized ginger root (30 g) and grate it together with the skin. After that, the grated ginger root should be placed in a container made of dark glass or porcelain. Pour 200 ml of brandy, close and leave in a warm dark place at least 10-14 days.
It is diluted with distilled or cold boiled water in the ratio 1: 1. You need to take the tincture on an empty stomach, 10-15 minutes before a meal according to the following scheme:
You should begin with 10 drops, after 15 days you should increase the dose by two drops. When you get to 40 drops a day — you should continue to drink this tincture another 15 days with the same dose (40 drops), and then gradually reduce the intake (2 drops per day) in the opposite direction, bringing it up to 10 drops a day. Make a two-week break and repeat the treatment again.
“Immunity” Ginger Tincture
This ginger tincture has a remarkable effect in improving the immunity of the whole organism and acts excellently during the season of flus, colds and respiratory infections.
The recipe for the immunity tincture:
Clean the skin from 400 grams of fresh ginger root, then grate it, and pour 1 liter of alcohol or quality brandy. Allow it to stand for 3-4 weeks in a warm place, and shake it occasionally.
When the tincture turns yellow, strain it. Consume 1 teaspoon after breakfast and lunch. Do not use it in the evening.
You can prepare the ginger with honey, lemon and garlic. It is equally effective and extremely healthy.

You will need:
- 500 g of honey (you can use meadow honey) and a jar of 700-800 ml (not less)
- 2 medium or 1 large ginger root
- Juice from 1 lemon or cut a whole lemon into slices
- 3-4 cloves (or 1 small head) of garlic
Grate the ginger, squeeze the lemon juice or cut it into slices, and finely chop the garlic. Put all of the ingredients in a jar with honey, but do not fill it to the top (more than half of the jar), because the lemon and ginger will produce juices. Let it stand for one day (see how the content in the jar increases because of the lemon and ginger juices).
Only then you can refill the jar with honey.
If you are sick, take 3 tablespoons every day. For the prevention and strengthening of the immune system, 1-2 tablespoons a day are sufficient.
