Coconut flour donut recipe

You need:

  • 6 eggs
  • 4 tbsp coconut oil, melted
  • 4 tbsp almond milk
  • 6 tbsp agave syrup
  • ½ tsp sea salt
  • ½ tsp almond extract
  • ½ cup coconut flour
  • ½ tsp baking powder
  • ½ tsp cinnamon
  • ½ tsp nutmeg
  • 3 bananas, diced
  • ½ cup dark chocolate chips

Method:

Beat the eggs and add all items except the bananas and chocolate. Mix well and there might be some lumps. They will melt with baking. Add the chocolate and bananas in the batter and grease a donut pan with coconut oil and put the batter in the pan. Bake on 400 F for 12 minutes. See if they are done by poking a toothpick. Let this set in the pan a few minutes and then transfer them to cool racks.
