I was usually combining chicken with potatoes, but it is one of the worst things you can do to your body. It makes us fatter and also prone to numerous diseases.  But if you cook your chicken with some red peppers you will get a delicious weight loss meal. This food combination provides many benefits such as improving the digestion, boosting the metabolism and makes us feel full for a longer period.

This is my favorite breakfast. I just add some almonds in the Greek yogurt, and I am ready to start the day. It gives me enough energy and makes me feel full for longer period.
