Recipe 1:

Ingredients you will need:

  • 1 l water
  • 2 tablespoons of turmeric
  • 400 gr. Of chopped onions
  • 400 gr. Of brown sugar
  • 1 small piece of ginger root

Put the water and the sugar in a pot and let them boil for few minutes. Then add the onions and ginger root in it and leave it for 10 minutes. When the mixture boils again add the turmeric and let it cool down.

You must drink a glass of this mixture twice a day. It is recommended to consume it in the morning before breakfast and 2 hours before dinner.

Recipe 2:

Ingredients:

  • 400 grams of onion
    1 liter of water
    400 grams of sugar (if you want a healthier version, use honey or maple syrup)
    2 tablespoons turmeric
    Thumb-sized ginger root

Directions

First, you should pour the sugar in the water, and put it on the fire and let it boil.

Then, slice the onion into quarters and slice the ginger root before adding both to the water. When the mixture boils again, add the turmeric, and lower the heat. Let the mixture boil until the amount of water is reduced by half. Then strain and pour the liquid into a glass jar. When completely cooled, put it in the fridge, and keep it there all the time.

Take two tablespoons of elixir in the morning on an empty stomach, and two hours after the evening meal.

Recipe 3:

  • 1 jug of water
  • 6-10 pieces of cucumber
  • Half a lemon
  • A small handful of mint leaves

Preparation:

Put the ingredients in the water and leave it to overnights. Drink a glass of this remedy every morning before breakfast.
