6 Exercises to Reduce Love Handles

Do you know what love handles are? It is a fat accumulated on the sides and front of your belly. They are zones of “stubborn fat” that are the first to gain fat and the last to disappear. We all hate them, and we are searching different ways to get rid of them.

If you are one of the many people who want to lose those annoying love handles you should start taking care of your nutrition and also exercise regularly.

To help you achieve your goal we are going to give you several easy exercises which you can do in your own home, to help you reduce your weight and finally say goodbye to love handles.

1. Russian Twist

You need to lie down on the floor. Then elevate your body with arms extended in front of you. Twist your torso to the right side until your arms are parallel to the floor. Hold it for a second and move back. Repeat it on the opposite side.

2. Corkscrew

Start lying on your back with hands under your head. Then you should lift your legs in the air. Straighten the legs out, tilt your feet back, so the bottom of your feet is facing up, and touch your heels together. After that, you need to rotate your feet to the right in a small circle. Make a pause and then repeat the exercise.

3. Side Plank

Start this exercise standing with your feet shoulder-width apart. Then do a regular squat and finish it jumping up in the air. When you land, lower your body back into a squat position. Repeat it 10 times.

4. Bicycle

Lie on the ground with your feet on the floor and your hands behind your head. Lift your knees to about 90-degree angle and then rice your upper body. Start doing a bicycle pedal motion, bringing one knee up towards your armpit while straightening the other leg. Rotate your torso during the movement.

5. Knee to elbow crunches

You should lie on your back with hands behind your head and bent knees. With elbows flared lift your shoulder blades off the floor and hold the position. Then twist your upper body, so you bring the elbow to the opposite knee, extending your other leg. Hold it and then bring your body back to the starting position. Repeat it 10 times.

6. Knee to chest

You should start lying on your back with your knees bent and your feet flat on the floor. Then you need to bring one knee to the chest and hold it for several seconds. Then lower the leg to the starting position. Repeat the exercise with the other leg.

These six exercises are ideal for losing the love handles. Do them every morning after waking up, and after one month you will see the results. I know that you may have thought that the love handles will never be gone, but believe me with this workout your dream will come true.
