7-Day Cucumber Diet That Drops Pounds Very Fast

Today we’re going to present an easy cucumber diet that has helped hundreds of people lose a significant amount of weight in no time. The diet lasts for 7-10 days and includes a lot of cucumber. It also requires you to stay active during the process – although pretty light on calories, the meals won’t burn all your fat on their own.

Cucumber is a healthy vegetable that can be eaten in large amounts without the fear of weight gain. It contains almost no calories, and it can stimulate your digestion and metabolism, while also cleaning your organs and blood. Furthermore, cucumbers are a powerful diuretic that can remove excess fluids from the body, and are the perfect detox choice. They also have numerous benefits for your skin, so it’s no wonder why they’re a common part of facial masks.

Here the 7-day diet plan:

200 gr. of sliced cucumbers and a cup of low-fat yogurt – if you’re still hungry, take an apple or a few peaches.

Eat a bowl of cucumber salad for lunch along with a piece of toast. If you’re bored by this simple meal, you can try replace it with a bowl of cucumber salad, 300 gr. of fresh fruits, 2 potatoes and a cup of coffee or tea without sugar.

There’s also another alternative for lunch – you can have 150 gr. of tuna, 2 eggs or 15 gr. of white meat with 2 potatoes or a few slices of whole wheat bread and ½ a cucumber.

Snack – cucumber shake

  • 1 cucumber
  • 1 apple
  • A bit of ginger
  • 20 gr. of almonds
  • A bit of spinach

Mix the spinach, apple and cucumber in a blender, then add the almonds and ginger and mix again well. Drink the shake fresh.

Dinner is reserved for a bowl of fruits salad (300 gr.) – you can pick any fruits you like except bananas due to the high amount of calories.

Follow the diet for 7 days and we’re sure you’ll lose a significant amount of weight. If you’re feeling brave, strip down the meals further – eat only a cup of low-fat yogurt with some fruit for breakfast, a bowl of cucumber salad and a piece of toast for lunch and a fruit salad for dinner.
