These 7 Drinks Can Help You Reduce Your Excess Weight

There are many recipes for magical drinks which provide weight loss. Some of them work, but some don’t. You can never try every dink to see which is the best for you. That is, why I am going to give you several recipes which helped me reduce my excess weight and improve my health. I’ve tried different recipes, and these were the most beneficial:

1. Blueberries with Orange

This is extremely delicious and efficient drink. It boosts our metabolism, stimulates the elimination processes in the body and helps us burn calories faster and easier. For preparing the remedy, you will need 1 orange and cup of blueberries. Put the ingredients in a blender, and the juice is ready. Drink it every morning on an empty stomach.

2. Lemon and lime

This drink is an excellent source of vitamin C. It stimulates our immune system, improves the digestion and fights free radicals. Drinking it regularly will hydrate your body and help you lose your extra pounds.

Ingredients you will need:

–    1 lemon

–    3 limes

Squeeze the fruits and mix it in a cup of warm water. Drink the juice every morning half an hour before your breakfast.

3. Grapefruit, Ginger and Apple Cider Vinegar

This was my favorite drink. I drunk it every night before I go to bed.

Ingredients:

–    2 grapefruits

–    1 tablespoon grated ginger

–    1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar

Preparation:

Put the ingredients in a juicer and mix it well. Drink it 30 minutes before you go to sleep for 7 days and then have a break of 7 days. Repeat this till you get the wanted results.

4. Cucumber water

Drinking this water will help you detoxify your body and stimulate your metabolism. You should drink it twice a day, and after several weeks you will see the results. To prepare it you need to slice one cucumber and then put the slices in a glass with water. Leave it to overnight, and you can start dirking it the next day.

5. Cinnamon and Apple

As we know, cinnamon has anti-inflammatory properties, and it provides weight loss. Many women use it for boosting the metabolism and reducing the cellulite. Add apple pieces in a blender and blend them well. Then add a teaspoon of cinnamon and stir the mixture well. Drink it twice a day.

6. Mint, Strawberry, and Lemon

This mixture is excellent for treating stomach issues and improving the digestion.  Consuming it regularly will help you burn your calories faster and maintain a perfect body shape.

Ingredients you will need:

–    1 lemon

–    15 strawberries

–    5 mint leaves

Put the ingredients in a blender. And the delicious drink is ready.

7. Lemon and red pepper

Mixing lemon and red pepper will give you the best mixture for losing your extra weight. It is a powerful combination, and after only several days of use, you will notice the results.

Ingredients:

–  2 tablespoon lemon juice

– ½ tablespoon of honey

– 1/10 teaspoon of red chili peppers

– 250ml of purified water

Add the ingredients in the water and stir it well before you drink it.
