Start blinking fast for 15 times in 4 sets, with half a minute rest before each set;

Sit down on a chair and start nodding with your head up and down 15 times in 4 sets with a 60-second rest in between;

Raise your eyebrows as much as you can 8-10 times per set (a total of 3 sets) with a few minutes rest between each;

Lower your eyebrows down 8-10 times in 3 sets with a few minutes of rest in between;

Nod your head from side to side 10-12 times per set for a total of 5 sets, with a minute pause in between;

Make strange faces and twist your face as much as you can 10-12 times per set for a total of 5 sets with a minute rest in between – according to experts, this exercise will reinforce major muscles in the face and burn all the excess fat on it.

 

Set B

Here are the exercises for the second set:

Start blinking one eye per time 18-20 repetitions per set for a total of 4 sets with a minute rest in between;

Simply open and close your mouth 8-10 times per set (for a total of 3 sets) with a few minutes of rest in between;

Chewing gum can also help – put a gum in your mouth and start chewing vigorously for 90 seconds, then repeat the exercise 4 times;

Finally, smiling more often will also reinforce the muscles on your face and make them toned, which will result in less facial fat.

According to one study, there’s one yoga position which can also reduce excess facial fat. The Bharadvaja’s Twist is great for the spine and abdomen, but the head twisting which is involved in the exercise can also strengthen the muscles on your face and reduce your excess facial fat.
