Day 1

Dinner: Vegetable salad with feta cheese

 

Day 5

Breakfast: A cup of cherries, an omelet with tomatoes and greens

Snack: A glass of skim milk

Lunch: Chicken breasts with brown rice

Dinner: Blueberry strawberry smoothie

 

Day 6

Breakfast: 1 boiled egg, tomatoes, cucumbers and feta cheese

Snack: A cup of berries

Lunch: Vegetable stew with cabbage, carrot, and onion

Dinner: Fruit salad and a glass of orange juice

 

Day 7

Breakfast: A cup of cherries, an omelet with tomatoes and greens and a cup of green tea

Snack: A handful of walnuts

Lunch: Boiled chicken with a cup of broccoli and a glass of pineapple juice

Dinner: Tomatoes soup and a veggie salad

 

After 7 days if this meal plan you should take one day of pause. In this day you should consume whatever you want. Then continue the diet until you get the wanted results.
