Puffed rice and Jaggery Balls

⦁ 80 grams puffed rice
⦁ 180 grams jaggery
⦁ 1 teaspoon ghee
⦁ 1 cup water



⦁ Melt some ghee in a wok and add the jaggery to it. Keep stirring till the jaggery loosens and melts.
⦁ Add the puffed rice flakes to the wok and continue to stir.
⦁ Once the mixture reaches a thick consistency, remove from flame and let it cool.
⦁ Wet your palms with some water and take a little amount of mixture in your hands. Roll them to form a ball.
⦁ Prepare balls of the entire mixture and serve.
