Get Rid of Ear Infectionsand Earwax

These two ingredients will help you get rid of ear infections and earwax. This is how you can treat these problems:

Ingredients needed:

  • olive oil
  • garlic oil

Method of preparation:

First, warm up 2 to 3 tablespoons of pure olive oil, so as to be easier to drain. Yet, note that it needs to be not too hot, in order to prevent some damage to the eardrum. Instead, it needs to be close to your body temperature, -98.6°F, because it’s the same temperature as the inner ear‘s temperature.

Blockages in the ear might also trap bacteria, which cause infections. So, you will need some essential oil, like garlic oil, which can destroy the bacteria.

Before you add the garlic or any other essential oil to your remedy, you need to test it in order to see if it causes irritation on the skin. If not, you can add 4 drops of the garlic oil to the warm olive oil.

Now, stir the mixture well and pick up some of it with an eyedropper. It will help you to deliver the proper amount and it will be easier for application.

Apply several drops in the ear, in order to soak the earwax, and your head should be tilted in order to keep the oil in the ear for around 5-10 minutes, so that it can act.Repeat this procedure 2-3 times a day, because it will probably not work on the first application. Nevertheless, you will feel relief for about  3-5 days, the earwax will be dissolved, and the blockage will be broken up.

Additional tips:

The ears are capable to clean on their own. Therefore you should not wash them with water and soap. Moreover, the earwax cannot be removed with water, because it does not get dissolved in it.

You should never rush into diagnosing your problem because the symptoms of earwax buildup and ear infections are pretty similar. Besides, this natural recipe might treat just the early symptoms and can prevent their complications.

Yet, it’s best to consult a specialist in order to get a proper diagnosis.
