1. Soft serve
If you have need for ice cream, avoid the store bought milk and fat items, try this instead: 2 bananas, 2 tsp vanilla, chocolate syrup. Chunk up the bananas and freeze those chunks. After 2 hours they are ready. Blend them and after 5 min add vanilla. Refreeze and start serving. Such ripe bananas have more carbs and antioxidants and the more spots this skin has, the more antioxidants you get.
2. Raisin oatmeal cookies
This is gluten and sugar free so this means it is a healthy snack. You need: 1 cup oats rolled, ¼ tsp cinnamon, ½ cup banana, ¼ cup salted PB, ½ tsp vanilla, 1/16 tsp salt, 3 tbsp raisins, chocolate chip and dry fruit. Preheat oven to 350 degrees and mash the banana and butter. Then mix everything and mash again. Make cookie shapes and bake for 15 minutes.
