Migraines are extremely severe headaches that often recur, mostly on one side of the head. A typical symptom is pulsating pain that gradually worsens.

Searches in 2008 found that nearly 425 of all migraines originate from vitamin D deficiency. This vitamin has anti-inflammatory ability which reduces inflammation of the nerves and blood vessels in the brain, which prevents migraines.
Vitamin D has an analgesic effect, even if it came to migraines, it will be significantly less severe. So, the consumption of vitamin D reduces the frequency of migraine and intensity of pain.
