You should heat 2 tablespoons of sesame oil and add 3 minced garlic cloves in it. When it cools down strain it and apply it on the affected area. Do this twice a day in a period of one week. After that the infection will be gone.

2.Manuka Honey

Honey has antibacterial and antiseptic properties. It is recommended for treating skin infections and inflammations. Manuka honey inhibits the bacteria from growing in the skin and prevents the infection from spreading.

With a cotton swab apply the honey of your skin and leave it to stay for 30 minutes. Then wash it with warm water. Repeat this every night before you go to sleep.

3.White Vinegar

White vinegar will help you stop the spread of the infection and dry up the sores. You will need to mix one tablespoon of white vinegar in two cups of water. Then with cotton ball apply the mixture on the affected areas. Repeat this three times a day. 

4.Tea Tree oil

This oil contains antibacterial and anti-inflammatory properties.

Mix 1 tablespoon of olive oil with 4 drops of tea tree oil. Apply the mixture on the sores and leave it to stay for 20 minutes. Then rinse it off.

Repeat this twice a day. 

5.Grapefruit Seed

Grapefruit seed is excellent natural remedy for impetigo. With its antioxidant and antibacterial qualities it fights the infection and stimulates the healing process.

Use several drops of the extract and 2 spoons of water. Apply the mixture on the affected areas and leave it for 30 minutes. After that, rinse it off.
